The latest International Immigration & Property Expo was a huge success. In spite of COVID-19 restrictions, it did not stop people from signing up and buying property on the spot.
Our Portuguese projects in Lisbon were a hit as well, with only less than 5 flats remaining for sale .
The Portuguese government has announced that starting from 2022 January, properties in prime locations of Portugal (Lisbon, Porto and the coastal areas) will not be eligible for the Golden Visa program. Instead the properties inland will be eligible.
Our projects Mt Premier Laurel and Grand Passadico are both rehabilitation projects eligible for the Golden Visa program.
